Our mission is to provide quality products at reasonable prices with exceptional service. Our customers mean more to us than money. We are in business to provide relationships and services that are reliable and affordable. We strive to use top quality vendors in promoting our goods and services. It is our goal and mission to gain, retain and build a valuable client base while also servicing the client base in the best manner possible.
About Us
Mountain West Model Trains was started in late 2017 as a eBay store to sell off a collection of used N Scale items. By 2018 we began selling as an authorized retail for a few model manufacturers. At the end of 2019 we launched our website and began offering well over 20+ brands! The store was sold in 2022 to new ownership and is continuing to grow and expand the product offering of the store and provide excellent service to all customers!
Starting in 2025 the website and company has been undergoing a large overhaul, simplifying our product offering, website and updating inventory. We continue to make changes and still have a lot to do!
